Avondale Olympus 5 berth 1993 in Liverpool, Merseyside for sale

We are selling this lovely family caravan to go back to a Conway Cruiser which we sold to buy this. My Wife does not like towing caravans... We have upgraded the furnishings to a later spec and the inside is very nice and tidy. The outside is good for it's age and a earlier problem with damp has now been put right. It has a fully working cassette toilet and shower room but we have never been able to get water to the shower, a leisure battery, fully working 3 way fridge, hot and cold water to the dinette mixer tap which has just been replaced, a Whale water pump, a fully working oven and 2 burner cooker and grill plus a gas wall heater which works but we used a convector heater on mains instead. Also included is a gas bottle. 240/12v with Zig unit. These vans are £1000 upwards on-line and not as good looking as this one. This is the family friendly 2 double beds and a bunk model. Come and view it in Wavertree, Liverpool for piece of mind. I think the first to see will buy. It is registered to us on CRIS and we have a recent CRIS check. Includes a porch awning, see photo. Slight spongy floor in one spot only. No water to shower/tap in shower room but I am working on this and have ordered a new tap. We are pricing this caravan accordingly to reflect these issues but this is still a great family caravan and ideal first time caravan. Viewing recommended and first to see will want to buy.
